I get a lot of questions about what I eat out here, other than rice that is. It’s kind of hard to explain all the food but I recently ran across an article about something I actually do eat!
My host mom switches off between serving Salted Duck Eggs and regular hard boiled eggs. Sometime we have them with rice porridge sometimes with regular rice. I’ve never seen my host mom make them but they’re ok, not my favorite. They can be very salty and like with all the eggs here I avoid eating the yolks.
